Complex aroma with exotic notes and nuances of reineta apple, fresh quinces, dried fruits and wet stone. In the mouth it presents several layers with unctuosity, volume, density, persistence and minerality. It finishes with the elegance of a white wine with long ageing potential.
The grapes, harvested manually, were transported to the winery and stored in a cold chamber at 3ºC for 24h.The must was cold decanted and then fermented in new French oak barrels from a selection of forests. After fermentation the wine aged in the same barrels with bâttonage and sur lie.
