Crystalline wine, greenish yellow tone, fruity aroma with notes of plum and pineapple. In the mouth it has excellent volume, dense but with good refreshing acidity.
The grapes, harvested manually, were transported to the winery and stored in a cold chamber at 3ºC for 24h. Then they were pressed gently and quickly in order to obtain a light pink colour. The must was cold decanted and then fermented in a temperature controlled cement tank. After fermentation the wine aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks until bottling.
