With a pale lemon color, this wine presents an elegant and fresh palate, with European notes. It has an aroma with lots of sweet notes of white peach, cassis and citrus. An excellent example of Awatere Sauvignon Blanc.
SPOKE Wines, by Liam Steevenson and Ben Glover, is not a human interpretation of the place, but the uninterrupted voice. Together they intend to leave the intrinsic characteristics of the earth and encourage roots in soils rich in biota, fermenting only with indigenous yeasts and at certain temperatures set by nature itself.
SPOKE is not an exercise in environmental auditing, but incorporates the practices that allow you to produce the best wine possible. The result is land less affected by wine production. It is also a celebration of the place, a true reflection of its importance and a declaration of commitment to protect the territory.
