On the nose are aromas of gooseberry, melon and vegetable nuances. Although full-bodied, the palate provokes a sensation of lightness, due to the freshness of the flavors and the lively acidity. It ends with a very clean and refreshing persistence.
The grapes are pressed in a pneumatic press, followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control. 100% of the wine is kept in stainless steel vats for a period of 3 months before being bottled.
