A white wine with a golden yellow hue, it reveals notes of ripe fruits such as pineapple and some tropical hints well integrated with new oak notes. Concentrated and fresh, with a fine and balanced acidity. Intensely flavorful and distinctive, it unveils a long and persistent finish.
Harvested manually in 20 kg crates. Gentle pressing of the grapes, must decanting at 10ºC for 48 hours. Fermentation, 50% in new French oak barrels of 500 liters, and 50% in stainless steel tanks at 14ºC for 3 weeks.

Ideal to pair with fish dishes, various seafood, and salads.
