With a straw yellow color, complex aromatic notes, although dominated by ripe fruit, dried fruits, and a subtle hint of barrel aging. The palate is rich, with volume and a firm persistence.
Our vineyards feel the vibrant sun of the Serra d’Ossa through the cork oaks of Herdade da Candeeira, weaving a mantle of lace-like light that beautifies and refreshes them.
Controlled-temperature fermentation in stainless steel, followed by aging in first-use French oak barrels of 500 liters, for 8 months.
