A yellow wine with greenish hues. The nose is pure, complex, fresh, and mineral. Notes of fresh fruit, flint, elegant reduction, and an enveloping scent of pine needles, undergrowth, and subtle toasting from the barrel complete the picture. The palate also suggests minerality. It is voluminous and at the same time fluid. Its vibrant acidity finishes with a pleasant herbal hint that cleanses the palate and invites further enjoyment.

The wine Adega Mayor Reserva do Comendador A(L)TITUDE takes its name from one of the most used words and ways of being by Commander Rui Nabeiro: Attitude. A wine that originates from the high-altitude vineyards of Serra de São Mamede. A fresh, elegant, and balanced white wine with distinctive mineral profile and acidity. Due to the thermal amplitudes of the high-altitude vineyards of Serra de São Mamede, this distinctive wine is characterized by personality, modernity, and irreverence.

Manual harvest with a careful selection of clusters. Fermentation took place in new 500 L French oak barrels, followed by a 6-month aging with lees stirring to achieve a fresh wine with structure and unctuousness.

An extremely gastronomic Alentejo white wine that calls for rich, intense, and exotic food to accompany it. Spicy fish dishes or baked white meats are certainly good suggestions for a perfect match. A beautiful wine to accompany cod or octopus on Christmas day.

Filtered wine, not subject to sediment.
