Clear, pale straw colour. Fresh, exotic fruit aromas, with hints of ripe pineapple and passion fruit blossom. Light and discreet on the palate, evolving towards a complex blend of fresh fruit. Well-integrated acidity confirms the pleasant sensation of balance and leads to a long, lingering finish.

Vinification
After hand-picking, the grapes were quickly transported to the winery where they were destemmed and gently pressed. The cold-clarified must fermented slowly for around 2 weeks in temperature-controlled (14ºC / 16ºC) stainless steel vats.
