O Produtor, tasting note published in November 13th 2021

Presents a citrus color with a fine and elegant bubble. On the nose, the aroma of ripe wild fruits is adorned by a light toast. In the mouth, it is creamy and balanced with a long finish of high complexity.

After the soil, climate is the most important factor for wine quality. The “Original” brand combines these elements to create original wines that express the complexity, concentration, and elegance of wines from the Bairrada region.

Vinification: Light pressing, decanting, and cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature. Second fermentation occurs in the bottle for 36 months using the classic method, with manual riddling and disgorgement by cold action.

The structure and complexity of Espumante Original Baga Bruto Reserva are ideal for pairing with strong aged cheeses, meats, and intense-flavored fish.
