O Produtor, tasting note published in July 14th 1905
Esporão Assobio Rosé is an Alentejo wine of salmon colour, with red reflections not very intense. In the aroma it is an elegant wine, where the red fruits stand out together with some vegetal aromas that give it freshness. The palate is delicate, with good acidity and a persistent finish.
Manual harvest, selection table, pneumatic pressing, alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures (12º to 14ºC). In stainless steel vats.
