Ruby colour with hints of violet. Very aromatic wine with notes of blackberry, mint and powdered chocolate. In the mouth it is elegant, with good structure and soft tannins. Long and persistent finish.
After destemming, the grapes are taken to marble presses where traditional treading is done with subsequent alcoholic fermentation at low temperature. Half of the lot aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and the other half in cement vats.
Contains sulphites.
