Wild red fruit and the savoury spice of dried herbs reveal a playful interconnection of aromatics and flavour. Pas de Deux moves with a silky, structured, balanced grace, with a web of fine-grained tannins on the palate before fading to a long, persistent finish.
Terroir al Lìmit Pas de Deux Coregrafia wine is a liquid homage to a region, tradition and place. Craftsmanship in the vineyard and a lo-fi approach in the cellar: no destemming, whole cluster pressing, extremely gentle extraction.
