Palácio dos Távoras
Manual harvest in 20 kg boxes. Destemmed, crushed and macerated pre-fermentatively for 48 hours, followed by alcoholic fermentation with controlled temperature at 24ºC. Aged in new French oak barrels where it remains for 10 months.
