Intense ruby colour, aromas of mineral perfil (grapefruit) with menthol notes and some nuances of forest and black fruits. The palate has excellent volume and silky tannins that are well integrated into the structure of the wine, providing a long and persistent finish.
Mamoré de Borba red wine is the perfect companion for traditional Alentejo cuisine, especially grilled black pork. It should be consumed at a temperature of 16ºC.
