Pale cherry red colour. Wonderful sweet aromas: warm herbs, cherry fruit. So pure and elegant with a leafy touch. In the mouth it is soft, warm and with a sweet fruitiness. Light and superbly elegant, with lovely cherry and herb notes and subtle tannins. Lovely wine.
The grapes are transported to the winery in 20kg boxes. The whole bunches are transferred to the mill and crushed by foot. Filling is done immediately after the end of alcoholic fermentation. Ageing for 8 months in 3 and 4 year French oak barrels.
