Tasting Note: Color: It is not the first time we have tasted still white wines where Malvasia Fina appears and reminds us of a sparkling wine without bubbles, due to its buttery (pastry) and mineral character, with some reductive notes and good acidity. This is a great white wine, challenging and delightful.
