Bright in colour, golden with amber reflections. Fine and elegant aroma, in which the pomace's characteristic fruit is well wrapped in balsamic wood nuances conferring a lot of complexity. In the mouth it has a good volume of soft flavour denoting a good aging work with a long finish.
Valle Pradinhos
Valle Pradinhos is an historic, family-owned 350 hectare estate established in 1913.The wines are a blend of native grape varieties such as Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Amarela and Malvasia Fina, and renowned international grapes Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc, Gewürztraminer and Riesling.
Maria Antónia Pinto de Azevedo Mascarenhas is the current owner of Casal de Vale Pradinhos. Since she took over the management of the property in 1994, she has implemented her vision of winemaking in the style of the wines that are produced here. Her daughter Maria will be the 4th generation of women directly involved in the management of this estate.
The estate’s “old world” terroir and passionate wine making team combine perfectly to deliver premium world-class Portuguese wine.
