O Produtor, tasting note published in May 23rd 2016
Bright in colour, golden with amber reflections. Fine and elegant aroma, in which the pomace's characteristic fruit is well wrapped in balsamic wood nuances conferring a lot of complexity. In the mouth it has a good volume of soft flavour denoting a good aging work with a long finish.
Double distillation in a copper still of fresh red and white grape marc. Ageing in oak casks for a minimum period of 8 to 9 years.
