How to taste wine

Now it looks like wine and smells like wine – by now you’re pretty sure it is wine. So, you might as well give it a go.
To taste wine, you don’t need a full glass. Just a sip will be enough for you to get it. Sip a little bit and let it travel over your mouth.
It’s not Listerine, so you don’t need to rinse it for one minute. It won’t taste better and it will make you look silly.
Now swallow your wine and think about it, about the flavours you felt, its acidity and aftertaste.
