This wine is conducted in style, displaying ripe peach with citrus characters and underlying figs. In the mouth, these flavours are accentuated by a creamy texture and a delicate hint of oak.
Crushed, gently pressed and seated to leave solids and light for fermentation in contact with premium French oak. Some plots were encouraged to ferment with indigenous yeasts to provide complexity to the blend. The juice was fermented at 18º in stainless steel tanks. Partial malolactic and followed by maturation with regular yeast stirring.
