With a pale yellow hue, this wine stands out for its sophistication. On the nose, it presents intense aromas characteristic of the Muscatel variety, which captivate the senses. On the palate, it is fruity, with medium concentration and a refreshing acidity that perfectly balances the whole. The finish is long and striking.
Made from the Muscatel Galego variety, this wine is a floral dream. Aromas of roses enchant the senses, while its delicate palate offers a long and subtle finish. A true expression of elegance from high-altitude vineyards.
The Ah Galego! white wine comes from vineyards planted at 600 meters above sea level, on schist soil and with an east-south exposure.
Winemaking: 12-hour skin maceration. Pressing. Decantation for 48 hours. Fermentation at 14°C for 2 weeks. Aging in stainless steel tanks after alcoholic fermentation. No malolactic fermentation.
