Cor amarelo palha, com brilhantes reflexos dourados; no nariz é frutado e com notas minerais. Na boca apresenta volume, estrutura e um final de acidez gastronómica. Perfeito para acompanhar toda a refeição, principalmente saladas, peixe, carne de aves e queijo de cabra.
Fermentação em cubas de inox com temperatura controlada. Estágio: 15 meses em contato com borras finas, 95% em cubas de inox e 5% em barricas de carvalho francês.
Domaine du Chardonnay
Etienne Boileau, Christian Simon and William Nahan combined their operations and skills on 30 June 1987 to create the G.A.E.C Domaine du Chardonnay. The Domaine du Chardonnay operates a vineyard of 34.5 hectares. Only the Domaine’s harvest is vinified and aged in our cellars. In the image of the Chablis vineyard, made up of tradition and modernity, the vinification is based on the ancestral respect of the products, the grape, the must and the wine, combined with a rigorous control and an in-depth mastery that the evolution of oenological knowledge offers us.
Thus the work of vinification will be guided by the respect of the terroirs, the vintages, the age of the vines and the sanitary quality of the grapes, in other words by adapting it to the “cuvée”.
