Citric colour. The taste has good volume in the mouth, full of good flavours and strong acidity; very long and delicate finish.
Vinification is done by manual harvest in 15 kg boxes. Selection by table conveyor. Crushing and soft pressing. Very slow fermentation at low temperature (14ºC) Maturation: 20% fermented in new French oak barrels, with weekly storage of the deposit.
Contains sulphites.
