Ryusei Shiro

A very fresh Ginjo Junmai with aromas of melon, white peach, and muscat.

All the expertise of the toji (sake master) is found in an elegant palate supported by a revitalizing acidity that allows it to perfectly accompany the meal.

Best consumed chilled, between 10-15°C, or warm at around 40°C, according to preference. It pairs very well with sushi, ceviche, or semi-aged to aged cheeses.

Allergens information

Contains sulphites.

Fujii Shuzo

Founded in 1863, the sake brewery Fujii Shuzo is located in the city of Takehara (known as little Kyoto for its picturesque scenery).

Its sake, under the brand Ryusei, stood out in the first national sake competition organized in Japan in 1907, winning first place. Mr. Fujii, owner of this small family brewery, perpetuates the tradition with rigor, sincerity, and excellence.
