Purple color, with an aroma of ripe fruit and a pleasant hint of menthol. On the palate, it becomes dense and robust, with great dimension and persistence.
Our vineyards feel the vibrant sun of the Serra d’Ossa through the cork oaks of Herdade da Candeeira, weaving a mantle of lace-like light that beautifies and refreshes them. The Petite Sirah grape variety finds in this terroir the ideal conditions to express its greatest virtues.
Vinification and aging: Segmented fermentation by varietal at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, with a partial aging of 12 months in barrels from various origins.
