Our vineyards feel the vibrant sun of the Serra d’Ossa through the cork oaks of Herdade da Candeeira, weaving a mantle of lace-like light that beautifies and refreshes them. The Petite Sirah grape variety finds in this terroir the ideal conditions to express its greatest virtues.

Vinification and aging: Segmented fermentation by varietal at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, with a partial aging of 12 months in barrels from various origins.
