At the entrance of the winery the grapes were carefully selected and destemmed. An intense maceration was performed in the first 48 hours for better extraction of the skin components. Fermentation took place in stainless steel mills, the
controlled temperature, being carefully accompanied and interrupted at the ideal moment by the addition of brandy. This was followed by a 2-year training period, avoiding oxidation.
