Tasting note: Intense ruby color with violet nuances. Vibrant aroma with notes of fresh red fruits like strawberry and cherry, black fruits like cassis, spices, slightly mentholated, stony, and well-integrated oak. On the palate, it presents high-quality tannins, well-integrated acidity providing freshness, with black fruits and especially fresh red fruits; characteristic of a cool year; with a long and harmonious finish.
Ideal with: Meat dishes, such as roasted kid or grilled aged meat. Can also pair with game or baked fatty fish.
