Vanilla aromas, fresh butter, apple and quince supported by brioche notes and toast. The palate is fresh, with a creamy effervescence and an energetic line of acidity. Citrus and savory yeast flavors are raised by licorice tips at the end.
Chardonnay creates elegance and finesse, Pinot Noir adds depth and structure and Pinot Meunier conveys freshness and fruit-rich flavors. More than 60% was aged in Champagne oak barrels, for greater complexity.
