The winners of the initiative “The Best Store in Portugal 2024,” promoted by Grande Consumo magazine, have finally been revealed. And Vinha has won the award for Best Online Store in Portugal 2024, in the “wine shops” category.
This is an award that fills us with pride for recognizing and celebrating the best in physical and digital retail in the national territory.
The study, based on a total of 91,915 evaluations, collected the opinions of Portuguese consumers on 295 physical and online stores, covering diverse topics such as after-sales service, consumer focus, professionalism, training, service, quality of offerings, store experience, personalization, variety of offerings, endorsement, communication, partnerships and suppliers, price, promotions and discounts, and trust.
