Which payment methods do you accept?

For your convenience, we accept several safe payment methods.

Online Credit Card

We accept AMEX, Visa and Mastercard. Credit card payments are processed by NetCaixa, a service provided by Bank CDG, Portugal’s largest bank.

Disclaimer: Your credit card data will be submitted to CGD’s databases, so Vinha will not keep record of any of your payment data.

Online Multibanco

Multibanco is a payment protocol very popular in Portugal, which allows you to pay most bills at regular ATMs using a debit card, and home banking services as well. Choose this method and you will receive payment instructions upon checkout.

Debit/Credit Card on Delivery

This method is available only in express deliveries, in Porto and Lisbon areas. You may pay your order directly to our driver upon delivery using a debit or credit card.

Wire Transfer

You may pay your order by a regular bank transfer. We will provide you with our bank account details upon checkout. Please help us process your order faster and write your Vinha order number as a comment on your transfer.

In any event will your bank account details be stored in Vinha’s databases.

Do you charge any payment fee?

No. You only pay for the wine and the delivery service. There are no extra payment fees, regarding of your payment method of choice.

If I return a product will you give me my money back?

You can always return any product bought from us, if it doesn’t please you, up to 15 calendar days after the date of purchase. No questions asked.

In that even, our Customer Service team will call you to arrange the reimbursement in the most conveniente way for you, be it Credit Card or Wire Transfer.
