Its body is delicate, made from a selection of the finest Alvarinho and Trajadura grapes. Crafted to reveal its full flavour when enjoyed at a refreshing temperature.
The winemaking process begins with manual harvesting, followed by gentle pressing of the grapes and static settling for 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures between 14 ºC and 16 ºC for 15 days. The wine then ages in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, with regular bâtonnage over fine lees for 2 months.
Signed by winemakers Jorge Sousa Pinto and Patrícia Peixoto, this Vinho Verde is ideal with light fish dishes, seafood, white meats or simply as an aperitif. It is a wine with great longevity, suitable for immediate consumption or over the next 5 years. Best served at 8 ºC to 10 ºC.
