It is a pale lemon coloured wine and in the nose it reveals the green apple and asparagus aromas provided by the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety with Atlantic influence, as well as the more tropical aromas of Alvarinho. In the mouth it reveals fresh and pleasant vegetal notes with a long mineral finish.
The grapes are harvested by hand and pressed, with subsequent decanting done gently. Sauvignon Blanc and Alvarinho ferment at low temperature in separate stainless steel vats, before blending. This practice allows obtaining a wine simultaneously aromatic, with the vegetable notes of Sauvignon Blanc, and with a mineral aftertaste, achieved through the structure of Alvarinho.
