Wine with the freixenista character of the Douro. Barrel fermented, with medium structure, it has a very elegant and gastronomic fruity style.
Manual harvesting. Soft pressing of the whole bunches. Fermentation with temperature control at 16ºC. Partial fermentation in new fine grain French oak barrels followed by ageing with stirring of the fine lees.
Contains sulphites.
