Rich and expressive wine, golden and bright colour, mineral notes along with tropical and citrus fruits. Slight woody nuances with small hints of walnut, hazelnut. Present and balanced acidity.
After total destemming and light pressing, the wine ferments in stainless steel at controlled temperature. Ageing in French oak barrels followed by battonage for about 6 months on fine lees.
Contains sulphites.
