Quinta de Chocapalha
This wine comes from 24-year-old vineyards, planted in clay-limestone soils with South-North exposure. The wine was harvested manually in 20 kg boxes. Winemaking: The fermentation took place during 18 days at low temperatures in French oak barrels. After fermentation, the wine staged in the same barrels in contact with the fine lees, during 9 months, with “batonnage”.
