Quinta da Vacaria
Harvested manually in 20 kg crates. Gentle pressing of the grapes, must decanting at 10ºC for 48 hours. Fermentation, 50% in new French oak barrels of 500 liters, and 50% in stainless steel tanks at 14ºC for 3 weeks.

Ideal to pair with fish dishes, various seafood, and salads.
