Qta. Bacalhôa
From the vineyards located at Quinta da Bacalhôa, we selected the grape varieties Sémillon, Alvarinho, and Sauvignon Blanc at their ideal ripeness to produce the Quinta da Bacalhôa Branco.
Each variety was vinified separately, respecting its optimal maturation for the desired style. Fermentation began in stainless steel tanks, and 16% of the must from the Sémillon grape fermented and aged in new French oak barrels, followed by five months of aging with “bâtonnage.” After the final blend was made, the wine was bottled.
Gastronomy: Dishes of fish with intense flavors or poultry. We also recommend it with DOP Azeitão cheese.
