Pôpa
This wine comes from a blend of grape varieties: Viosinho, Gouveio and a blend of old vines. Vinification: Grapes transported to the cellar in 20 kg boxes, then destemmed and crushed. Half of the batch was macerated for 20 hours at a temperature below 10 ° C, pressed and transferred to a stainless steel vat where it was decanted for 48 hours at a temperature of 8 ° C. The other half of the batch upon receipt was pressed and transferred to the stainless steel vat for decanting for 48 hours at 8 ° C. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in a stainless steel vat at a variable and controlled temperature.
