O Produtor, tasting note published in October 20th 2018
Complex aroma where notes of white fruit combine with the tropical fruit very ripe, all well married with the notes of the barrel, in the mouth is intense with still much fruit and the wooden toast to give it the complexity that makes the whole. So interesting, it ends long and elegant.
Aging: After the alcoholic fermentation was completed, a maturation period followed in the battonâge barrels for 9 months, after which time the wine was stabilized and filtered, followed by bottling and subsequent 6-month bottle aging.
