Pêra-Manca
Produced from the Antão Vaz and Arinto castes. After being harvested, part of the grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks and the other part in French oak barrels, at controlled temperature. After fermentation, the grapes are matured for 12 months on thin lees with periodic batonnage. Finally, the wine benefits from a final ageing in bottle for 6 months.
