Niepoort
Navazos-Niepoort is a very special white wine.This is a white wine produced by Team Navazos, famous for their recovery projects, which have marketed and sold very old Jerez wines, along with Dirk Niepoort, the known Portuguese winemaker. It’s a white wine made from Palomino Fino variety, it is fermented in the barrel and aged in its own cask for 4-5 months under a veil of flowers. This method of historical development has been used since the eighteenth century in Sanlucar de Barrameda.
