Musgo
The name of this Portuguese white wine was inspired by the nature around the winery. Moss is commonly found on granite rocks very common in the Dão wine region.
Harvest: Manual
Vinification: Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats (50%) and in new French oak barrels (50%).
Aging: on fine lees in stainless steel tanks and in new French oak barrels.
