O Produtor, tasting note published in February 14th 2021
Citrine colour, bright and yellow with greenish tones. Complex nose with notes of stone fruit and floral touch. In the tasting it shows a harmonious profile, with texture and perfect balance between the fruit of the grape varieties and barrel ageing. Very long, serious wine, with well marked notes of the Ravasqueira terroir and its minerality. To be tasted on its own or or with a variety of dishes. A very gastronomic wine full of harmony.
