Clear and bright greenish color. On the nose, aromatic intensity is felt with tropical notes and intense fresh fruit, apricot and peach, which reveal an aroma full of character. In the race, it has a fresh, vibrant attack, with texture and volume all in great harmony. Asparagus notes, mineral, very balanced and possible to feel the influence of each of the varieties. It reveals great freshness and balance.
Smooth pressing in pneumatic press at low temperatures. • Alcoholic fermentation and aging at low temperatures (12ºC) in stainless steel vats with light battonage. • With aging in stainless steel vats, it demonstrates the full potential of the varieties that give rise to its exuberance.
