CURIOSO White Wine 2019 is a blend made with love by Ljubomir Stanisic + Inês Capão + Luis Louro.
40% Esgana Cão, 40% Arinto, 10% Galego Dourado, 10% Rabigato.
Manual harvest, the grapes were dehydrated in a cold chamber before being completely destemmed. Initial skin contact with temperature control and batonnage for 12 weeks. Aged in stainless steel. 2 years on lees.
