Marques Casa Concha
When the grapes arrive at the winery, the whole bunches are pressed with the stalk to obtain a controlled and delicate extraction. Fermentation is carried out in oak barrels and lasts from 12 to 15 days in total. Only 5% of the wine has malolactic fermentation. Maturation is carried out for 12 months in barrels with periodic lipstick. Before bottling, the wine is clarified with adequate doses of bentonite and is cold stabilised. The wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
