Open citrine color. In the aroma, citrus notes with a slight mineral. Good structure, with well marked and married acidity. Quality fruit and long finish.
The grapes are hand-harvested early in the morning, in small boxes, to preserve freshness, and then cooled in a refrigerated chamber before being vinified. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control.
Soil type: Clay-limestone, schistous.
