VINIFICATION.
This wine results from a careful vinification through the classic process of “bica aberta”, with total destemming. The resulting must decanted, statically, for 18 hours and started the spontaneous fermentation, with indigenous yeasts, in stainless steel tanks with temperature control (16-18ºC), for 14 days.
