Vinification: The grapes were hand-picked and transported to our winery, where the transformation process began with total destemming and gentle crushing, followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature for 25 days. Partial ageing in French oak barrels and maturation on fine lees for 3 months.
