O Produtor, tasting note published in May 27th 2016
Well present, fresh and quite intense. Wild fruits, blackberry, blueberry, ripe fruit, but fresh and captivating. Secondary notes of wood, balsamic, liquorice and fresh coffee. Wide, dense and silky, with tannins present and firm, and with the wild fruits showing in the mouth, adding the acidity that ensures balance. Complex, full-bodied, with enough intensity and concentration for a fantastic evolution in bottle.
Fermentation exclusively in French oak vats. Aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels. At least 26 months of ageing in bottle. Limited to existing stock. If the wine you have purchased runs out of stock, we will contact you to suggest a different wine, or to return the amount paid. Wine promotions cannot be combined with other discounts or coupons.
